These terms cover your use of the interactively.tech website and its free tools. The provider is Interactively Tech. By using the site you agree to them.

The service

The Storyboard, Funnel Lab, Heat Grid and AI Desk are provided free, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Scores, risk flags and simulated heat maps are illustrations based on rules of thumb and are not measurements of real viewers.

AI output

AI assistants can produce wrong, incomplete or inappropriate text. Output is not professional advice. Review it before you use it with customers or in decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, attack or overload it, probe for weaknesses, send spam through the contact form, or enter personal or confidential data into the AI tools. We may limit access to protect the service.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you enter. You are responsible for it and for how you use the output.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Interactively Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of data, profit or deals, arising from use of the site or its outputs.

Changes

We may update the tools or these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
